These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and bi66. By accessing or using bi66.vin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bi66 platform, accessible at bi66.vin, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features or content offered by bi66. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bi66 platform.
bi66 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered members by email or on-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of bi66 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility to Use bi66
To register and use the bi66 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. bi66 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close any account found to be ineligible without prior notice.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. This requirement is strictly enforced and applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf when registering and using the bi66 account.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
- Employees, directors, and agents of bi66, as well as immediate family members of any such person, are not eligible to open or maintain a playing account on bi66.
Account Registration and Verification
Each player may hold only one registered account on bi66. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same name, same mobile number, same bKash or Nagad wallet, same IP address, or same device, are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bi66 reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate account(s) and to void any transactions conducted through them.
Deposits and Withdrawals
bi66 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bi66 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bi66 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Deposits are credited to your bi66 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. bi66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
- bi66 will only accept deposits made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the bi66 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable transaction costs.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your bi66 account. bi66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may be longer depending on the issuing bank. bi66 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all withdrawal requests.
- bi66 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bi66 will notify the affected member and provide a clear explanation of the delay.
Bonuses and Promotions
bi66 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are applied to wagers only after the real-money balance has been exhausted, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
- bi66 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a member has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited will be removed and any wagering already completed toward the rollover requirement will be voided.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, coordinated wagering, or using automated betting systems — will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated game(s) specified in the promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on bi66 — including live casino tables, slot machines, crash games, fish shooting, and sports betting markets — are operated under the following general fair play principles. Specific game rules for each game type are published within the game interface itself.
- All casino game outcomes are determined by independent, certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. bi66 does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Results cannot be predicted, reversed, or altered by bi66 or any player.
- Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as reported by the official governing body. In the event of a discrepancy between the official result and a third-party source, the official governing body's result will prevail.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during any game — including a disconnection, software error, or server outage — bi66 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.
- bi66 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bi66. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent closure of all associated accounts, in addition to any legal remedies available to bi66.
- Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any restriction applied to an existing account.
- Using any automated bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other software to place bets, interact with games, or access the bi66 platform in any way that is not through the standard human-operated interface.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, gaming mechanics, or sports betting markets.
- Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or unintended loophole in the bi66 platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided and the account will be subject to immediate investigation.
- Using the bi66 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financing any illegal activity. bi66 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required by applicable regulations.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
bi66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic. bi66 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account dashboard at no cost: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. - bi66 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
- bi66 is not responsible for any losses arising from service interruptions caused by events outside bi66's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bi66's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Amendments to These Terms
bi66 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a member — bi66 will provide not less than 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, either by email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the bi66 platform.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using bi66 before the amended Terms take effect and request withdrawal of your remaining balance. Continued use of bi66 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Governing Law and Contact
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bi66's internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. bi66 operates as a secure and reliable online gaming platform and endeavours at all times to resolve member disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.
